Vegetable appetizer
Instructions
Boiling eggs for 8-9 minutes, remove the shells and cut into slices.
Boil the potatoes cut into chunks and add the chopped parsley.
Clean the lettuce and with four leaves line of cups.
On each put the carrots and potatoes, tuna into pieces and the gherkins cut into slices.
Pour over the emulsified oil and vinegar and serve.

- 1 lettuce salad
- 200 g of tuna
- 4 eggs
- 3 potatoes
- 12 pickles
- 3 carrots
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Wine vinegar
