Instructions
Keep the pears in the refrigerator until ready to use them, then drain off the syrup and place them upright on a flat serving dish.
Meanwhile, coarsely chopped chocolate, pour it in a small pot and add the cream.
Let melt in a double boiler, stirring constantly everything because they will stick, and then add the butter and the egg yolk mixed.
Pour the chocolate cream over pears and serve immediately.
