Anchovies with olives
Instructions
Clean the anchovies, open them in two without divide them, place in an earthenware dish, sprinkle with lemon juice, cover and let stand in a cool place.
Mince the garlic with parsley, olives and pepper.
Place the anchovies on a dish, season with olive oil, sprinkle with chopped, decorated with some olive oil and serve.

- 500 g of fresh anchovies
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chili
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 3 lemons
- 100 g of pitted black olives
- Parsley
