Fingers of apostles
Instructions
Prepare the batter, make the crepes, prepare the dough vigorously beating the ricotta and sugar until foamy cream and without lumps.
Add the zest, chocolate flakes, crushed cinnamon and cedar.
Mix the ingredients with 1 tablespoon of the mixture fill the crepes, roll up like a cigar and arrange them on a platter.
Drizzle with honey and cinnamon.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- For the crepes:
- 250 G = = 00 white flour
- Salt
- 50 cl of milk
- 3 eggs
- For the filling:
- 300 g of very fresh ricotta
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 100 G = = Chocolate
- 1/2 stick of cinnamon
- 100 g of sugar
- Candied citron
- Honey
