Instructions

Mix one part rum, water and 2 tablespoons sugar.

With the mixture wet amaretti.

Arrange them in one layer on a plate.

Prepare a cream by mixing cream, sweetened chestnut purée, rum and cocoa.

Put the cream into a syringe by rolling and cover the macaroons.

Put the cake in the refrigerator until serving.
