Instructions
Peel and cut apples into slices.
In 1 Bowl work the butter with 1 wooden spoon and, when it is creamy, then add the sugar and beat for 5 minutes.
Combine eggs, continuing to whisk, then the sifted flour with the baking powder, alternating with milk and coconut.
Pour mixture into buttered mold 1 and covering it with sliced apples.
Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

- 100 g of flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 glass of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla baking powder
- 120 g of grated coconut flesh
- 3 apples
- 50 g of butter
