Instructions
Whisk in 1 Bowl cream butter.
Firm eggs: sifting through the yolks and combine them with butter, always working with 1 spatula; combine sugar and 3 tablespoons of rum.
Beat with whisk until fluffy cream.
Put 1 1/2 plate glass of alkermes, bathe the ladyfingers and roles at 1 pudding mold.

Refrigerate for a few hours.
Unmold the cake and garnish with candied fruits.
