Instructions
Open half grapefruit and empty them without breaking the skins.
Peel the flesh and cut it into small pieces.
Boil the rice.
Mix the pulp of grapefruit, rice, olives, pepper slices cut into julienne.
Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of curry powder.
Mix well the mixture and fill the peels of grapefruit.

- 2 pink grapefruits
- 75 g of rice
- Stuffed olives
- 1 red pepper in vinegar
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
