Banana and sweet marrons glaces
Instructions
Soak the ladyfingers in liquor and put in 1 layer 1.
Beat in cream the egg yolks with sugar and add half the cream.
Place cookies 1 layer of this mixture and cover with slices of banana, chopped walnuts and chopped marrons glacés.
Make 1 more layer of biscuit dunked and 1 cream, bananas, walnuts and marrons glacés.
Fill the mold until you run out of ingredients.
Refrigerate 2 hours, then cover with the remaining cream.

- 250 g of biscuits savoiardi
- 400 g of whipped
- 150 g of sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 bananas
- 10 nuts
- 10 marrons glacés
- Liquor
