Instructions
Slice the bread.
Beat eggs with milk and dip the slices of bread.
Melt the butter in a pan and fry the bread slices on both sides for 5 minutes.
Arrange them on a serving dish.
Prepare a syrup by cooking sugar with rose water, a pinch of cinnamon and lemon juice.
Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Peel and open in half, place the figs on the bread slices and irrorarli with the syrup.

- 1 baguettes from 200 g
- 3 eggs
- 20 cl of milk
- 80 g of butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 15 cl of rosewater
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 400 g of figs
