Instructions
Soften the raisins in the rum and the bread cut into pieces in 1 Bowl with milk until it is homogeneous.
To this add the beaten eggs, sugar, amaretti reduced powder, raisins, vanillin and pine nuts.
Mix and pour the mixture into buttered baking dish 1, sprinkle the surface of chocolate and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 2 hours.

- 150 g of stale bread without crust
- 100 g of amaretti biscuits
- 100 cl of milk
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 40 g of sultanas
- Rum
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon of powdered chocolate
- 1 sachet of vanillin
