Ricotta cake (2) (Dolce di Ricotta (2))
Instructions
Wash very well and leave the raisins to soak in water for an entire night with a pinch of salt.
In the morning, mix the ricotta with the raisins (including the soaking water), buckwheat flakes, honey and apples cut into cubes and peeled if necessary.
Then store in the refrigerator and serve cold.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of very fresh ricotta
- 50 g of buckwheat flakes
- 100 g of sultanas
- 2 apples
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 pinch of salt
