Instructions
Line a mold of ladyfingers soaked in alkermes, apply to jam.
Whip the egg yolks with sugar, add ricotta and pass through a sieve.
Incorporate the candied fruit, divide the dough into 2 parts, one put the coffee, rum in the other.
Alternate layers of ricotta cheese and ladyfingers.
Refrigerate for 3 hours and garnish with the almonds.

- 300 g of blackberry jam
- 200 g of icing sugar
- 300 g of ricotta
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 dram of alkermes
- 1 dram of rum
- 80 g of almond
- 30 g of candied fruit
- 1 cup of instant coffee
