Cup ricotta cheese cake
Instructions
Pass the ricotta through a sieve, by dropping it into a bowl, add the sugar and the egg yolks and stir with a wooden spoon until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Flavour it with a couple of tablespoons of rum and one or two tablespoons of Marsala, then gently add the whipped cream soda well.
Having done this, spread the mixture into four individual cups and let rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
After this time, put a Cup on each spoonful of grated chocolate and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of ricotta
- 20 cl of cream
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of grated dark chocolate
- 3 tablespoons of rum
- 2 tablespoons of marsala wine
