Field mushroom appetizer
Instructions
Hard boil the eggs, cool and Peel.
Cut tomatoes in half, remove the Central pulp and let them drain upside down.
Cut into strips thin lettuce and arrange on a serving dish.
Lean hard-boiled eggs and cover each egg with a cap of tomato.
Distributed then the mushrooms and decorated with mayonnaise.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 eggs
- 2 small tomatoes
- 10 leaves of lettuce salad
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Salt
- 10 mushrooms in olive oil
