Instructions
Carefully wash the apples, peel them and cut them into slices.
Carefully wash the oranges and cut the Peel into thin streaks.
In a rather large bowl, combine apples, orange zest, raisins, pine nuts and brandy and leave to macerate for half an hour.
Immediately after drain all, add the sugar and stir for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin and divide it into two unequal parts.
The larger part, will serve to line the Pan previously greased with butter and powdered with flour.
Pour Apple mixture then levelling with a spoon and cover everything with the smaller part of the Browse.
Bake in hot oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

- 500 g of puff pastry
- 500 g of apples
- 20 cl of grappa
- 50 g of sultanas
- 2 oranges (grated)
- 50 g of pine nuts
- 150 g of sugar
- For the pan:
- 20 g of butter
