Instructions
Cut the ladyfingers for the long and wet half in alkermes and half in the rum (or rum and coffee).
Work the butter with the sugar and egg yolk; Add the melted chocolate with milk on the fire, still hot.
Place on the plate, layered, biscuits and chocolate, giving the cake a square shape.
The next day, before serving, smoothing it off with the blade of a knife warmed over heat and garnish with cherries under spirit.
