Hazelnut cupcakes
Instructions
Whip the butter softened at room temperature, sugar together until mixture is fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, then add the flour, the hazelnuts, coffee liqueur, chocolate fact blend with the cream over low heat (preferably in a water bath).
Mix all, deploy in the pits by Davis or rectangular baking dish (and then cut into squares).
Bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.

- 140 g of flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 130 g of hazelnuts
- 80 g of chocolate
- 1 dram of coffee liqueur
- 1/2 cup of creme fraiche
- 1 pinch of salt
