Instructions
Put whole almonds, skinned, to toast for 10 minutes in the oven (grill) with pine nuts.
Remove, let cool and cut some in half.
Put the raisins to soak in rum and water.
Then drain, dry and slightly infarinarla with candied fruits.
Put in a bowl the softened butter and sugar, beat well and then add the egg.
Assemble everything and then add the milk, vanilla, flour a little at a time, and finally half sachet of yeast.
Mix well until dough soda, but still very mixable.
With a wooden spoon, mix all remaining ingredients finally.
Make small piles on a baking plate covered with oven paper, spaced and large enough as an apricot, sprinkle generously with granulated sugar and bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
