Instructions

Melt in the coffee, which must be very strong, half sugar and vanilla.

Beat with the whisk the egg yolks with the remaining sugar and add the coffee.

Cook the custard in a water bath for 10 minutes until it is thickened.

Allow to cool and add the cream.

Put in 1 Cup, place it in the freezer for a few hours and serve.
