Aperitif at celery with thermomix
Instructions
Add all ingredients into mixing bowl except the gin: turbo speed shots and 4 10 seconds at speed 5.
Add gin: 20 seconds at speed 1 and then filters with the basket in a jug and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 stalks of celery
- 2 peeled lemons in vivo
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
- 50 g of sugar
- 5 cubes ice
- 50 cl of water
- 5 cl of gin
