Instructions
Do marinate the spices in alcohol in an airtight jar for ten days, stirring twice daily.
Add the sugar dissolved in water and let it sit for five days, having the warning not to stir.
Filtered, bottled and served after a few months of aging.
Will agree to serve liquor in Crystal glasses.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 400 g of sugar
- 350 g of water
- 5 g of mint leaves
- 1/2 = 2 = leaves of lemon balm
- 1 1/2 G = = Cilantro
- 1 1/2 g of cinnamon
- 1 1/2 g of nutmeg
- == 1 lemon (zest)
