Fagioli al fiasco
Instructions
It is necessary the presence of a fireplace lit with hot coals and ashes.
Into a fiasco spagliato introduce beans, garlic, Sage, water.
Plug it with tow (evaporation) and lay it, tilted, on the outskirts of hot ash.
Keep it in balance, securing it with a wet string on a hook reggipaiolo.
Check that the ash around the fiasco is always warm and, in case, spice it up, letting it cook for 4 hours.
Serve them with salt, ground black pepper and raw oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of cannellini beans
- 5 cl of fruity oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 leaves sage
- 20 cl of water
- To serve:
- Salt
- Minced 1 of black pepper
- Olive oil
