The maruzzata beans
Instructions
Cook the beans after they have soaked the previous evening.
Chop the celery and fry with the garlic in oil; as soon as garlic begins to Brown, add the tomatoes.
Add salt and pepper, and when the tomato is cooked, after about half an hour, add the sauce to the beans with a portion of their water depending on whether you want a soup more or less brodosa.
