Baked beans with sausage
Instructions
Boil the beans.
Drain well and keep warm.
In a Pan fry in oil a clove of crushed garlic and a Sage leaf, add sausages stamped with the prongs of a fork.
Let them Brown, sprinkle with half a glass of wine, evaporate and add the beans.
Cover the saucepan and cook on medium flame for half an hour.
Remove the lid, leave to dry the excess liquid.
Adjust salt and pepper, stir, passed on a serving platter and serve.

- 200 g of dried beans
- 8 little sausages used
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 leaf sage
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
