Greek green beans
Instructions
Peel the beans, wash them thoroughly to remove all traces of dirt and drain them.
Peel the garlic and onion and mince finely.
Mix the tomato pulp with 40 cl water, garlic, onion and olive oil.
Put the beans in a saucepan, wet your hair with the previously prepared.
Add salt and pepper, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer 45 minutes on moderate heat stirring occasionally.
When the liquid is partially evaporated and the beans cooked, pour in a hot dish and serve.
Greek green beans are delicious too, served cold as an appetizer.

- 500 g of green beans
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 150 g of tomato pulp
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
