Green beans with rouille
Instructions
Boil the beans "al dente".
Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking and well put.
Toss with 2 tablespoons oil and the vinegar.
Rub the slice of bread on both sides with garlic, soak it in cold water, squeeze it well, finely mincing it by removing the crust, and embed to mayonnaise by combining 1 tablespoon oil finally.
Serve the beans with sauce.

- 600 g of green beans
- Salt
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 clove of garlic
