Delicate green beans in pan
Instructions
Boil the beans in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and place in a saucepan.
Prepare a white sauce with flour, milk, butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Once ready, add the grated cheese and let melt.
Pour the sauce over the beans, put back on low heat and finish cooking, stirring gently.

- 100 g of fontina cheese
- 100 g of flour
- 60 g of butter
- 50 cl of milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
