Instructions
Let dough thaw at room temperature, then roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a thin sheet.
With the help of a mold or a glass made of diskettes by 8 cm in diameter.
Pitted dates, cut them into small cubes and saute it in butter.
Let them cool and then place a spoonful on each disk.
Fold in half to form the ravioli and pressing OK on the edges.
FRY in hot oil and dry them.
