Veal dumplings
Instructions
Dice the bell pepper and sauté in olive oil and salt.
Mix ricotta, parmesan, pepper, an egg yolk, salt and pepper.
Put on each having salty steak, a leaf of cabbage and a bit of ricotta.
Form of parcels and stop them with 2 toothpicks.
Cook in butter, add wine, and bring together a little cooking broth.

- 200 g of ricotta

- 1 egg
- A little butter

- 4 escalopes of veal (100 g each)
- 4 leaves of white cabbage
