Instructions

Mix water and flour with a wooden spoon.

After eliminating all lumps, add a pinch of salt and mix again.

Join the sprig of Rosemary and let it sit for at least two hours.

Add the oil and mix well.

Remove the Rosemary, pour into a baking dish (ideal would be called tinned copper text) and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until one of the corners (or edge) starts to appear scorched.

Sprinkle with pepper and serve hot.

It is very important that the Pan is perfectly flat and that the provision in the oven is absolutely horizontal, otherwise one of the corners will be less often and therefore will be au gratin when the opposite corner is not yet fully baked.
