Instructions
Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
Chopped lettuce, parsley and mint leaves.
Cut the pita bread into cubes, friggerete or scalderete in the oven (depending on your taste), to form the croutons.
Add croutons when salad.
Seasoned with lemon, salt and olive oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 red onions
- Lettuce salad
- 1 radish
- Parsley
- Some leaves of mint
- 1 loaf of pita bread
- For seasoning:
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Olive oil
