Instructions
To soften the beans for a day in cold water, then drain, pour cold water salt and already put to cook with garlic and oregano.
Bring to a boil and let Cook for about 150 minutes over low heat.
When at the end of cooking the beans are well keep drain the cooking water and serve with hot melted lard and freshly ground black pepper.

- 350 g of fave secche peeled
- 1 clove of garlic
- Oregano
- Lard
- Black pepper
