Almond turkey breast
Instructions
In a saucepan melt the butter, then onion, saucepan, carrot and chopped celery.
Lay the slices of Turkey and when they took salt and pepper color.
Wet with white wine.
Let it evaporate.
Cook covered over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a separate pan, Cook for a quarter of an hour the almonds have been wetted with milk and a splash of brandy.
Mix everything together and pour it over the meat.
Leave on the heat for a few minutes more and serve.

- 40 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Carrot
- Onion
- Celery
- 1 glass of milk
- Spray 1 of brandy
