Pan turkey breast
Instructions
In an ovenproof dish rather low, liquefy a tablespoon of butter and arrange a layer of sliced topside.
Bathed with plenty of lemon and cover with sliced shoulder and Parmesan cheese, continue with the topside and the other ingredients.
Sprinkle butter flakes the last layer and passed in already warm oven for 20 minutes.
Serve in baking dish, cut in pieces.

- 450 g of extremely fine chopped turkey breast
- 200 g of spalla cotta
- 100 g of parmigiano
- Butter
- 2 lemons (juice)
