Put in a saucepan 1 clove of garlic, a bit of chili oil and enough to cover the bottom.
Saute a little garlic (which must be white) and put in 4 slices fry them for a few minutes, then add 1/2 l of tomato paste, a drop of water, oregano, salt and let it cook for half an hour, or until the gravy is not restricted.
