Veal slices with pepperoni
Instructions
Beat veal slices lightly and put them to marinate in a spoonful of olive oil, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Every now and then turns the meat slices in the marinade because you insaporiscano well.
Meanwhile, put the peppers on a fork and fiammeggiateli, wipe them with a cloth to remove skin that has scorched.
Then cut them into metè, discard the seeds and white ribs, then cut them into thin strips.
Fire place a saucepan with butter and a spoonful of oil, just the fat is hot, lay the slices of meat from marinade and drain lightly in the flour.
Let them brown before a lively fire, sprinkle with the white wine that will evaporate, then lower the heat and add the peppers.
Let them dry well, then wet the meat with a little boiling water or broth and finish cooking keeping the low heat and stirring occasionally.
Before serving sprinkle finely chopped Basil.

- 600 g of slices of veal breast
- 30 g of butter
- 2 fleshy peppers
- 2 fleshy green peppers
- 1 handful of basil
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Little of flour
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
