Fettuccine Ai Fiori d'arancio
Instructions
In a pan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil fry the chopped meat, chopped sausage, whole garlic (which then shall clear away), chopped onion, when browned add the tomatoes peeled and chopped tomatoes or passed, lengthening if necessary with warm water.
Almost finished cooking add the orange blossoms and stir very gently.
Boil the fettuccine in salted water to a boil, drain underdone, flavour them with the sauce, decorated with some orange blossom.

- 400 g of type pasta fettuccine
- 60 g of orange blossom
- 200 g of minced meat
- 75 g of sausage
- 4 tomatoes (or peeled)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
