Instructions

Saute mushrooms in olive oil flavored with garlic.

Season with salt and sprinkle with the white wine.

Evaporate the wine and complete cooking.

When cooked stir the pasta with the sauce, sprinkle with fresh parsley and a small addition of Parmesan.
