Baked fettuccine
Instructions
Drain fettuccine and season immediately with 60 g of butter 50 g of Parmesan cheese.
Grease a baking dish and sprinkle the fettuccine.
Sprinkle diced mozzarella and bathed with milk.
Pour on the remaining tomatoes, parmesan cheese and some butter.
Place in hot oven until mozzarella is melted.

- 500 g of type egg fettuccine pasta
- 200 g of mozzarella
- 100 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese

- 1 cup of tomato sauce
