Fettuccine with salmon (3)
Instructions
To season the butter with the fennel seeds and warm the previously chopped salmon; at this point flame with vodka.
After adding the cream and Tabasco, pass the fettuccine in a pan while stirring to insaporirsi.
Store them in a warm dish and serve.

- 300 g of home-made fettuccine pasta type
- 3 nuts of butter
- 60 g of smoked salmon
- Cooking cream
- Tabasco
- 1 pinch of fennel seeds
