Fettuccine with mozzarella
Instructions
Cook the fettuccine in the boiling water, and in the meantime cut the mozzarella into cubes.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the anchovies.
Once melted the butter, add the fettuccine and stir.
At this point add the mozzarella cubes and mix with the low heat, then add a pinch of salt and pepper and the parmesan and served the whole thing very hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta fettuccine
- 200 g of mozzarella
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 100 g of butter
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
