Fettuccine delicious
Instructions
Let soften mushrooms in water, strizzateli and spezzettateli.
In a saucepan add chopped ham in butter, mushrooms and Basil; Add salt and pepper.
Boil the fettuccine, drain, flavour them with the sauce and sprinkle of grated cheese.
Serve.

- 250 g of type egg fettuccine pasta
- 100 g of fat and lean ham
- 1 sachet of dried mushrooms
- 30 g of butter
- 20 leaves fresh basil
- 40 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
