Fettuccine rose
Instructions
To season fried garlic and chopped Rosemary with the cream, then add a tablespoon of ketchup, brandy, the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Cook the fettuccine al dente, pay it in the Pan, sprinkle with Parmesan and Gruyere cheese grated, chopped parsley and a little paprika and serve.

- 350 g of type pasta fettuccine
- 30 g of parmigiano
- 30 g of gruyere cheese
- 300 g of peeled tomatoes
- Rosemary
- Parsley
- Garlic
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- 1 glass of cream
- 1 glass of brandy
- Little of paprika
