Instructions

Boil the lobster, remove the meat from the shell, spezzettatela and dress with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

A bowl lined with lettuce leaves and then with lobster mayonnaise alternating you have previously prepared with 3 egg yolks, salt, pepper, 1 cup of olive oil and the juice of 2 lemons.

Cover the bowl with mayonnaise and garnished with capers, anchovies and tomato slices.
