Figs to spices (2)
Instructions
In a saucepan, mix the spices, add sugar, orange peel strips and half a litre of water.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Whole figs soak for a few minutes, without bringing to the boil.
Let them cool in their syrup, then drain them and put them in a glass cup.
Moderate focus do reduce the syrup and pour it onto fig halves to cover them.
Let cool, serve.

- 12 ripe figs
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 orange zest
- Cinnamon
- Coriander
- 2 cloves
- Ginger
