Figs in syrup (2)
Instructions
Place the figs in a pan with vinegar, vanilla and 400 g of sugar.
Stir well with a wooden spoon so that the figs stay whole and simmer for 45 minutes.
Remove from heat and put the figs with their cooking juice in glass jars.
Let cool and then close tightly.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of figs
- 1 glass of wine vinegar
- 400 g of sugar
- 1 stick of vanilla
