Dried figs with chocolate
Instructions
In a saucepan, melt the chocolate in a Bain-Marie.
Cut the figs and insert in each of them a toasted almond.
Cover them well with your fingers and dip them, using a fork, one at a time into melted chocolate.
Soon after, put them on a floor covered with baking paper and let them cool in a cool place.
Serve after lunch, accompanying them with a good dry wine.
Trick: If the melted chocolate is too thick, dilute with a few drops of vermouth.
