Baked cod fillets
Instructions
Put thawed fillets in an earthenware dish with oil.
Sprinkle with a little vinegar, salt fillets and sprinkle with olives pitted and cut into pieces.
Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes and serve hot.

- 1000 g of cod fillets
- 800 g of black olives
- 100 g of olive oil
- Salt
- Wine vinegar
