Hake fillets fish dinner
Instructions
Do Brown in a pan with oil, hake; then remove and keep warm.
In the same oil you cook the garlic, tomatoes and anchovies, pulping with a fork.
Let thicken the sauce and just before removing from heat, add the chopped Basil and oregano.
Pour the sauce on P2 and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 pack of whole hake fillets
- 350 g of tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- 5 anchovy fillets
- Basil
- Oregano
